The board of directors of Theramin Technologies, Inc.
said today that the company will have a COO. Peter Bryant,
a former entrepreneur, will join Theramin in March and
will be responsible for decision-making as well as serving
as chairperson of the board. Bryant will also report to the
senior management team. The company also announced
the appointment of Sandra Farnsworth as CFO. Farnsworth,
who had a five-year tenure as the controller , will be in charge
of all financial matters for the corporation.
